This Refund Policy applies to the purchase and refund of credit products sold by Lawmadi OS (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
- Credits are a prepaid payment method used for legal Q&A within the Service.
- 1 credit per standard query, 2 credits per expert answer
- Payments are processed through Paddle (payment processor), which acts as the Merchant of Record and manages taxes and payments.
The Service offers the following credit products:
- Starter - 20 credits / $1.50 USD
- Standard - 100 credits / $4.99 USD (33% off vs Starter)
- Pro - 300 credits / $9.99 USD (56% off vs Starter)
infoCredits never expire and are permanently added to your account.
Refunds for credit purchases are processed according to the following conditions:
- Full refund: Within 7 days of purchase, if none of the purchased credits have been used
- Partial refund: Within 7 days of purchase, if some credits have been used, the amount corresponding to unused credits will be refunded. The refund amount is calculated by pro-rata based on the per-credit purchase price.
- No refund: After 7 days from the date of purchase
infoPartial refund example: Standard 100 credits ($4.99) purchased, 30 credits used → Unused 70 credits × $0.050 (purchase unit price) = $3.50 refund
warningFree daily queries (2 per day) are not eligible for refund.
warningCredits are digital content. Once used (response generated), withdrawal rights for those credits are limited per Korean E-Commerce Act Article 17(2)(5).
Please submit all refund requests via the email below. Requesting directly through Paddle may result in processing delays.

- Please include the email address used for purchase and the date of payment.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Paddle.
Even if the refund conditions in Article 3 are met, refunds are restricted in the following cases:
- If usage has been restricted due to violation of the Terms of Service
- If credits were obtained or used through fraudulent means
- If credits were transferred to or traded with another person
- If all purchased credits have been used

Service Failure Compensation
If credits were consumed due to a service failure but a proper response was not received, the credits will be restored.
- Credits are automatically restored when no response is generated due to a system error.
- If automatic restoration does not occur, please contact us by email and we will restore credits after verification.
